It is the Visiting Team's responsibility to enumerate vs. RHP and vs. LHP batting orders/lineups for any series. The HOME team is under no obligation to make substitutions from such "published" lineups based on a player's fatigue status. LMPT does that based on the organization rules for Tired, Bushed, Worn Out substitutions. One of the advantages of an AIM league over the old format is that games are no longer subject to protest "because the home manager didn't follow my instructions." The f-file is the ONLY "instruction" that must be submitted and followed. Part of a visiting manager's responsibility is to gauge his players' fatigue status and to enumerate his lineups in consideration of their status. (That's one reason that it's so important for the Visiting manager to know the upcoming rotation). I know it's not the easiest thing to do --- I've got to constantly juggle my part-timers to keep them from getting "Tired" --- BUT it is my responsibility as a manager to do so, not my opponent's responsibility. And the same goes for every other CHML member.

Folder Locations

The folder locations for the files has changed from earlier versions. Two primary locations are used - one for the program files (and associated help files) and the other for your season disks, ballparks, managers etc.

The program files are located in:

For 64 bit versions of Windows 7 and Vista:

C:\Program Files (x86)\APBA Games\Baseball for the program files
C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\APBA Games\Baseball for the season disks etc.

For 32 bit versions of Windows 7 and Vista:

C:\Program Files\APBA Games\Baseball for the program files
C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\APBA Games\Baseball for the season disks etc.

For Windows XP:

C:\Program Files\APBA Games\Baseball for the program files
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\APBA Games\Baseball for the season disks etc.

Ballparks, Field Effects, and MicroManagers are stored in their own folders, under the season disks folder, in folders named \BallParks, \Field Effects, and \MicroManagers.

Creating "libraries" for these folders can ease access for users of Windows 7 and Vista. Use the Windows search function on "libraries" for the details.

Notes on content of the 2012 organization

I have not edited the PR ratings of the 60 carded players who may need to be converted to SF=100. The adjusted PRs are contained in the Master Spreadsheet to assist you in making your elections for the 2012 season. They are also contained at 2012 CHML SF Adjustments
There are NO fake-name players on the data disk this year
I have not yet heard of or made any APBA-published corrections to player stats and ratings
Players under contract who are "No Cards" are indicated as such on the player disk (Advanced Draft) with an asterisk (*) placed in front of the first letter of their Last Name and 'IR after their Last Name. In the Master Spreadsheet, they are identified with an "IR" under the Injury column to indicate "Injured Reserve"
IR players have been edited to place all five of them on the "365-day DL." If you run an Injured Player report, they will all show up there. Also, they will show up as disabled on your team's Status Report.
Games started to a minimum of 25 and MBFs = 750 have been made for all starting pitchers with a grade of less than 4. No adjustments will be made for split grade starters/relievers unless both grades are less than 4.
Although every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of rosters, please review your team's roster and notify me of any suspected errors. All players were moved to the Parent Club; the Farm Clubs were created and affiliated, but have no players on them.
